What it doesn't do
You can't rewrite the PDF's existing text in place. Cover it with a white box and type over it — and use Redact PDF when the original must really be removed, because a white box only hides it.

Can I edit the existing text of a PDF?
Not directly. Cover the text with a white box and type new text on top, or convert the PDF to Word if you need to rewrite a lot.
